5. Approval and Preliminary Requests

All requests are considered preliminary until approved. MotorsAZ may request additional information before approval.

6. Service-Specific Terms

6.1 Lease To Own

Approval depends on documentation and internal review. Ownership transfer is subject to full payment and signed agreements.

6.2 Buy A Car

Purchase requests are subject to availability and approval. Final terms may require a separate agreement.

6.3 Rent A Car

Valid identification and license are required. Pricing may vary based on duration and options.

6.4 Sell A Car

The seller is responsible for accuracy of submitted vehicle information. Submission does not guarantee sale.

6.5 Swap A Car

All swap requests are subject to valuation and approval by MotorsAZ.

6.6 Car Care Services

Service requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. Deposits and fees may apply depending on the service.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are subject to review and may take 7–14 working days. Some fees may be non-refundable.

9. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information
Avoid misuse or fraudulent activity
Maintain account confidentiality

10. Verification

MotorsAZ may request additional documents and reject requests if information is invalid or misleading.

11. Vehicle Disclaimer
